"Our policies, procedures, protocol, standards, ownership and commitment to produce the best Guest service is what we have stood for since our inception. We do this training in a very organized, sequential manner that helps the trainees build week-by-week on foundations, so that at the end we produce a well rounded and trained manager. My best advice would be to open up your mind because you're about to embark on something and learn things that are very distinctive to Granite City. You will be inundated and bombarded with information over the 7 week course so come prepared mentally. It will turn out to be very challenging but in the end very rewarding. This is our number one shield against failure in this company"
