Chicken Caesar Quesadilla
A large flour tortilla brushed with butter and grilled golden brown with melted cojack cheese. Then folded around sliced marinated chicken breast, Caesar salad, and pico de gallo. Accompanied with sour cream, and diced tomatoes.


Grilled Portabella Melt
A marinated portabella mushroom cap is lightly grilled and topped with thinly sliced sautéed red and green peppers and melted pepper jack cheese. Served with spring greens and sliced tomatoes on grilled herb focaccia brushed with aioli. Accompanied with kettle cooked potato chips and a pickle.


Louisiana Chicken and Shrimp Creole
Succulent black tiger shrimp and chicken tenderloins sautéed in olive oil and Cajun seasonings. Simmered with a New Orleans Creole sauce and served over Louisiana rice pilaf.


Chicken Salad Clubhouse Croissant
Oven roasted chicken breast chopped and tossed with mayonnaise, seasonings, scallions and diced celery. Served on a grilled croissant with lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese and double smoked bacon. Accompanied with your choice of potato chips or coleslaw and a pickle.


Chicken Florentine Lasagna
Lasagna noodles layered with our creamy alfredo sauce, a blend of four cheeses, spinach artichoke dip and diced chicken breast then baked. Topped with roasted garlic cream sauce and more melted cheese.


Caramel Apple Crumble
A tender puff pastry crust with a warm apple filling and a crunchy brown sugarcrumble topping. Drizzled with warm caramel sauce and finished with vanilla ice cream, and our freshly made whipped cream.
