Tim R. Cary – Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Tim R. Cary is Chief Operating Officer-Restaurant Operations. He has facilitated the creation of many components of the Granite City operation including its internal control systems, opening training programs and the concept's interior design and layout. Mr. Cary's intense management style facilitates the company's uncompromising quality standards. Mr. Cary oversees operations, store level profit and loss, management recruitment and our expansion of new restaurants. He has been associated with the Champps Americana chain of restaurants since 1991, working in a variety of management positions. During this period Mr. Cary operated several high volume Champps operations for the company, and his profit and loss achievements are extraordinary.

From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Cary was employed by Ground Round Inc. as an operations coordinator/new store training coordinator. Mr. Cary has been involved in the restaurant industry for 20 years and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in statistics.
