Managing Partner and Culinary Partner Positions 
In each location we operate with a Managing Partner and a Culinary Partner. Our Partners are just that, partners in our business! We refers to our Partners as such as they take part in a Profit Sharing Program in which there is no monetary buy in. We pride ourselves in identifying great leaders that can be the entrepreneur's and "Mayor's" of their community to focus on building relationships, networking and being a part of the community of which they exist. All of this while maintaining the standard, consistency and quality of what makes Granite City Food & Brewery what it is today.
Tiered Management
Granite City Food & Brewery believes strongly in supporting self development through many of the great structured programs that are in place. We want to continue to incentivize individuals to grow, learn and be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as we expand. For this reason we have a structured tiered management plan in place that breaks down different levels of growth and provides additional earning potential through our bonus plans.
Associate Management Position (AMP) Program
An AMP position is a supervisory role that serves as an extension of Management. It provides a development opportunity for those qualified to get into a higher level position; gaining exposure to Management functions and gaining knowledge and leadership about Restaurant Management. The AMP position is most often used as a stepping stone into future Management opportunities. Once a Staff Member is sponsored for this position the individual will work with their Management Team through a structured 6 week
training program.
